annie46The news wasn't great and the condition I have can be life shortening..however the powers that be have offered me an operation that should cure me! So I guess I'll be going for that...
Until then I am on medication and oxygen and all manner of wonderful things!! So to keep normal I will be letching over Jared and I will continue to write fan fic as long as people continue to read it!!
Supernatural and Jared have and are my lifeline and one of the things that keep me grounded, happy and normal through these testing times!!

Date: 2011-11-20 12:58 am (UTC)The medication should help me feel better and the oxygen is something that helps but isn't something I need to live!! I will do anything to get back to normal cos the last few weeks have been the worst of my life. To be told your life expentancy is only 7 - 10 years takes a lot of thinking about and we spent Thursday weeping - however to be told an operation (even a major one) could make me better - well no brainer really!! And - as I said - I told them to leave May free!!
Still writing, still watching Supernatural but didn't like this weeks episode much - too gory and a bit confusing - nice Sammy moments though

Date: 2011-11-20 08:59 am (UTC)It's unfortunate that so many conditions and research is underfunded though, so I hope that whatever it is that's wrong is a one where there's good, strong developments. If there's an operation that should cure it, huzzah! If not, 7-10 years is a long time in medicine, and something may come up. Stay positive. :)
